In the business world, competition is a natural thing. Business actors conduct to dominate relevant market or achieve dominant position. Mastery of position allowed as long it achieved in one's own capacity and an equitable manner. To market, not uncommon for use unjustified methods so that actions from prohibited emerge. The purpose this study determine regulation law Indonesia analyze indications abuse by PT Forisa Nusapersada containedinKPPU's Decision Number: 14/KPPU-L/2015which continues until cassation decided inSupreme Court 1106 K/Pdt.Sus-KPPU/2017.Through research, concluded contained inLaw Number 5 1999 concerning Prohibition Monopolistic Practices Unfair Competition.In case Nusapersada,there are different which have led decisions between KPPU Supreme Court.
